A.T.R. - Accountable Transcendence Reentry
A.T.R. provides accountability and guidance so returning citizens can transcend past limitations through a holistic three-phase pathway that continues beyond release and into homes, families, workplaces, and communities.
What is A.T.R.?
A.T.R. is not a minor label. Accountable Transcendence Reentry is the operating framework for planning, support, accountability, and connection from pre-release preparation through post-release reintegration.
Participants are held accountable to themselves as they make informed choices, accept responsibility, and remain accountable to their plans, goals, and communities. We are equally accountable to participants, supporting them as they implement those plans and transform their lives.
Growth reaches beyond ordinary reentry checklists through personal, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and practical transformation.
Returning citizens move back into society with guidance, support, referrals, accountability, and a complete reentry process.
Three phases
Identify needs, barriers, goals, eligibility, and support systems before the plan begins.
Prepare participants before return through planning, mentorship, recovery navigation, and service connection.
Support reintegration through accountable transformation, referrals, family support, workforce readiness, and community care.
Support network
The A.T.R. model is built to coordinate support across behavioral health providers, recovery organizations, hospitals, peer recovery specialists, treatment providers, religious institutions, employers, workforce partners, and community organizations.
Participants may need multiple kinds of support at once: treatment connection, employment preparation, family repair, safe community relationships, and practical help navigating parole requirements.
Outcomes we are working toward
The site avoids claiming exact recidivism reduction, participants served, or grant outcomes until confirmed data is available.
Participant outcomes will be shared as data collection matures.
Participant stories and milestones will be shared with consent and dignity.
Service connections, events, workshops, and partner activity will be updated regularly.
