Who does The Difference Makers Network serve?
Adults within Maryland's correctional system who are within six months of release and returning to Baltimore City, along with families and communities supporting their transition.
What is A.T.R.?
A.T.R. means Accountable Transcendence Reentry. It is a three-phase model that combines accountability, guidance, recovery navigation, family support, workforce readiness, and trauma-informed community care.

Yes. Families and loved ones can use the contact form to ask about resources, referral pathways, and support for someone preparing to return home.
Are exact outcomes available?
Impact data is coming soon. Participant outcomes, partner milestones, and service data will be shared as transformation work grows.
